I am writing to request that all occupants of #229 kindly make sure the door is closed securely when entering or exiting the building. One a couple of occasions the door has not been secured. Please just take an extra second to push/pull it shut.

Once we have the Sea Wall repaired

Can we work on a reduction to our
Condo Fee’s This was the general idea
when we paid for the Gas Heat renavation. I believe we can all use this in our budgets

Will there ever be a chance to change the parking policy from Monday thru Friday instead of 7 days?

What if there’s a snowstorm and is there a chance we can park on the municipal lots with exception? I know we won’t be able to park on Veterans Road, instead of park at Winthrop center area due to limit snowplow area.

Yes, please do whatever U can. I just got yet another $75.00 parking ticket for parking on 12/13 my day off. I didn’t remember that I should have moved my car over. I will try to fight yet another ticket.

Should I call the Police I think it is them that are ticketing us. It’s in the day time not at night

I have heard from a reliable source that the police are still being directed to check the 2 hr parking limit at the Delby lot as of this past week. It appears that ours is the only lot they are policing, but more research is needed on that topic.

Footnote – 3 of my 4 tickets were issued while using my handicapped placard in the handicapped spot…was told up at Winthrop PD “it doesn’t matter”

Received 4 tickets 4 days in a row. Nov. 19th thru 22nd. I took a lesson out of the Munson’s playbook and am now parking on Veteran’s (for good). Spoke with several people at town hall; the only way this will be addressed is if it is put in writing to the town manager. He is then obliged to take it up with the traffic safety committee.
